Tell Governor McDonnell to Stop the Rush to Drill

The recent tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico should have been a wake up call for Governor McDonnell that oil and gas drilling is a dirty and dangerous business.  Instead, he suggested that we don't stop flying after a plane crash.

Now, the Department of Defense has issued a report stating that 75 percent of the proposed drilling area off Virginia's coast would interfere with military operations.  The governor responded by saying he was confident the two can co-exist.

Take action today and tell Governor McDonnell to stop threatening our environment and interfering with national security.
