Under the Clean Water Act, we've made progress in protecting and preserving our waters. Yet new threats, including reckless development and highly toxic chemicals, call for renewed vigilance and action. Environment Virginia opposes any efforts by powerful developers and other polluters to weaken the Clean Water Act. We support efforts, local, state and federal, to ensure clean and safe water supplies for all Americans.
